Terms of Service

By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated here by reference. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business or other organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that entity to these Terms, and “you” refers to that entity.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. We may update these Terms from time to time as described in the section on changes below.

Bizvo provides tools that help businesses collect and manage Google reviews. Depending on your plan, the Service may include public review collection pages, an AI-assisted review assistant, instant quick review suggestions, analytics dashboards, reputation insights, and an optional Google Business Profile connection that lets a business owner sync their Google reviews into Bizvo.

The review assistant helps a customer put their own experience into words. A customer selects highlights and may add a short note, and the Service generates draft review wording based on what they provided. These drafts are suggestions only: the customer is responsible for reviewing and editing the wording before posting, and should only publish a review that reflects their genuine experience. Nothing is posted to Google automatically — the customer decides whether and what to post, and Bizvo claims no ownership of the reviews a customer ultimately publishes.

We are continually improving the Service and may add, modify, or remove features over time. Some features may be subject to additional terms, eligibility requirements, or third-party conditions, and may be offered on a beta or limited basis.

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate account information and keeping your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Complying with all applicable laws and regulations, and with the policies, terms, and guidelines of Google — including those governing reviews and Business Profiles — when using the Service.
• Ensuring that your use of review collection pages and any review solicitation is lawful, truthful, and not misleading, and that you do not incentivize, fabricate, or manipulate reviews in violation of Google’s policies.
• Obtaining any consents required from your own customers and handling their information in accordance with applicable law.

You acknowledge that reviews are submitted on and hosted by Google, and that Google controls the publication, ranking, and removal of reviews. Bizvo does not control Google’s platform or its decisions.

Certain features of the Service are offered on a paid subscription basis. Subscription billing is handled through our third-party payment processor, Razorpay. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize us and Razorpay to charge the applicable fees using your selected payment method.

• Fees are billed in advance on the billing cycle you select and, unless otherwise stated, are exclusive of applicable taxes.
• Unless cancelled, subscriptions may renew automatically for successive periods at the then-current rates.
• We may change our fees or plans; where required, we will provide advance notice, and changes will apply to subsequent billing periods.

Refunds, cancellations, and subscription-related matters are governed by our Refund Policy. Users are encouraged to review the Refund Policy before purchasing a subscription. Your use of Razorpay is also subject to Razorpay’s own terms and policies.

The Service, including its software, design, text, graphics, logos, and the “Bizvo” brand, is owned by Bizvo or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your internal business purposes.

You retain ownership of the content and data you submit to the Service (“Your Content”). You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, and use Your Content solely as necessary to provide, secure, and improve the Service. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service or its underlying technology except as expressly permitted.

You agree that you will not, and will not permit others to:

• Use the Service to spam, send unsolicited communications, or engage in deceptive, fraudulent, or abusive practices;
• Generate, solicit, or publish fake, fraudulent, incentivized, or otherwise policy-violating reviews;
• Scrape, crawl, harvest, or otherwise extract data from the Service using automated means without our prior written consent;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Service, except to the extent such restriction is prohibited by law;
• Interfere with, disrupt, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, its servers, or related infrastructure;
• Use the Service to infringe the rights of others, transmit unlawful or harmful content, or violate any applicable law or third-party policy, including Google’s policies.

We strive to keep the Service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or factors beyond our reasonable control, including failures of third-party providers or networks.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

You may stop using the Service and cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, in whole or in part, immediately and without liability, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, misused the Service, engaged in prohibited conduct, or created risk or legal exposure for Bizvo or others.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification — will continue to apply.

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

Bizvo does not warrant or guarantee any particular results from use of the Service. Without limitation, we do not guarantee any specific volume or quality of reviews, search rankings, visibility, revenue growth, or other business outcomes. You are solely responsible for your business decisions and results.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bizvo and its founder, operators, and providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bizvo’s total aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms will not exceed the total amount you paid to Bizvo for the Service during the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Bizvo and its founder, operators, and providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, Your Content, your violation of these Terms, your violation of any applicable law or third-party policy (including Google’s policies), or your infringement of any third-party rights.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to applicable law, you agree that the courts located in India will have jurisdiction over any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service.
