Privacy Policy

We collect the following categories of information:

• Business and account information. When a business owner creates an account, we collect details such as business name, business category, contact email address, login credentials (managed securely through our authentication provider), and the configuration of the public review page we generate for the business.
• Review-related data. We store content and settings associated with the review experience, such as the review focus, generated or suggested review text, the Google place identifier associated with the business, and records of review pages we host on the business’s behalf.
• Review assistant inputs. On a public review page, a customer may optionally select highlight tags (for example, “friendly staff” or “quick service”) and add a short free-text note describing their experience. These inputs are used, in that moment, to help generate review wording the customer can edit and post. We do not require them, we do not permanently store the notes, and we ask that customers do not enter sensitive personal information in the note field. • Analytics and usage events. We record events generated as visitors interact with a public review page — for example, page views, when review text is copied, when a visitor is redirected to Google to leave a review, and when the review assistant is used to generate wording. These events are anonymous and tied to the business, not to an identified visitor, and help businesses understand engagement with their review page.
• Payment-related information. When you purchase a paid plan, our payment processor collects and processes your payment details. We receive limited transaction information such as payment status and subscription identifiers. We do not store full card numbers or banking credentials. See Payment Information below.
• Customer interactions. Members of the public who visit a business’s review page may select highlight tags, add an optional note about their experience, use the review assistant to help word their review, copy review text, and be redirected to Google to post it. We do not require visitors to create an account, and we do not knowingly collect directly identifying information from them through the review page itself. Any note a visitor adds is optional, and visitors are asked not to include sensitive personal information in it.
• Technical information. We and our infrastructure providers automatically collect technical data such as IP address, browser type, device information, and timestamps for security, fraud prevention, and reliability purposes.

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Service;
• Create and manage business accounts and the public review pages associated with them;
• Generate, suggest, and display review-related content and reputation insights;
• Produce analytics and reporting so businesses can understand how visitors engage with their review pages;
• Process payments and manage subscriptions;
• Communicate with you about your account, transactions, support requests, and material changes to the Service;
• Protect the security and integrity of the Service, prevent fraud and abuse, and comply with applicable legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information.

The Service is designed to help businesses collect reviews on Google. When a visitor copies suggested review text, they may be redirected to Google’s review interface to submit a review. That submission takes place on Google’s platform and is governed by Google’s own terms and privacy policy, not by Bizvo.

We use Google APIs to retrieve publicly available business information, such as ratings and review counts, in order to display reputation insights to the relevant business.

A business owner may connect their Google Business Profile to Bizvo using Google OAuth. When you connect your Google account, you authorize Bizvo on Google’s own consent screens; Bizvo never receives or stores your Google password. If you connect your Google Business Profile:

• Scopes we request. We request the business.manage permission, together with your basic Google account identifier and email address. Google’s Business Profile APIs expose a business’s own reviews only through the business.manage permission — there is no narrower, review-only scope. We use it solely to read the accounts, locations, reviews, and ratings for the location you choose. Bizvo does not modify your Google Business Profile, its information, reviews, or posts. If Bizvo introduces profile-editing features in the future, any change will always require your explicit review, approval, and action.
• What we access and store. For the single location you select, we read and store a synced copy of your Google reviews, ratings, and existing review replies so we can display them and build your review analytics.
• Encryption. The access and refresh tokens issued by Google are encrypted at rest and are used only by server-side processes to perform the review sync you authorized. These tokens are not written to our application logs and are accessible only to authorized server-side processes.
• Revocation and disconnection. You may disconnect your Google account from your dashboard at any time, after which we stop syncing and revoke the associated tokens. You can also revoke Bizvo’s access directly from your Google account settings.
• Retention and deletion. We retain synced review data for as long as your connection is active and you maintain your account. When you disconnect or request deletion, we delete the associated Google review data. To request deletion, contact support@bizvo.co.in.

Bizvo’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. Specifically, data received from Google Business Profile APIs is used only to provide and improve the review-sync and analytics features you request; it is not sold, is not used for advertising, and is not used to train generalized or third-party AI models. Humans do not read this data except where you expressly consent, where it is necessary for security or to comply with applicable law, or in aggregated, anonymized form for operating the Service.

Paid subscriptions are processed through our third-party payment provider, Razorpay. When you make a payment, your payment details are collected and processed directly by Razorpay in accordance with its own privacy policy and applicable payment-industry security standards.

Bizvo does not collect or store complete card numbers, CVV codes, or bank account credentials. We retain limited transaction metadata — such as payment status, plan, and subscription or order identifiers — to manage your subscription, provide receipts, prevent fraud, and meet record-keeping obligations.

Refunds, cancellations, and subscription-related matters are governed by our Refund Policy. Users are encouraged to review the Refund Policy before purchasing a subscription.

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, secure the Service, and understand how it is used. Essential cookies are required for the Service to function — for example, to maintain authenticated sessions.

We also record analytics events relating to engagement with public review pages (such as page views, review copies, and redirects to Google) so that businesses can measure performance. This analytics data is used in aggregate to operate and improve the Service.

Most browsers allow you to control or disable cookies through their settings. Disabling certain cookies may affect the availability or functionality of parts of the Service.

We retain information for as long as it is needed to provide the Service, maintain your account, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

• Account and business information is retained for the life of your account.
• Analytics events are retained to support historical reporting and insights.
• Transaction records are retained as required for accounting, tax, and legal purposes.

When information is no longer required, we delete it or anonymize it. You may request deletion of your data at any time as described under User Rights.

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include encryption of sensitive credentials, restricted access controls so that sensitive data is accessible only to authorized server-side processes, and reliance on reputable infrastructure providers.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. While we work to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security, and you use the Service at your own risk.

Subject to applicable law, you may request to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and you may withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

To exercise any of these rights — including to request deletion of your data — please contact us at support@bizvo.co.in. We will respond to your request within a reasonable period. Certain information may be retained where we are required or permitted to do so by law.

If you have concerns regarding the processing of your information, wish to exercise your privacy rights, or would like to submit a complaint or request related to your data, please contact us at support@bizvo.co.in.

We will make reasonable efforts to review and respond to requests within a reasonable timeframe and in accordance with applicable law.

We rely on trusted third-party providers to operate the Service. These providers process information only as necessary to deliver their services to us and are bound by their own privacy and security commitments. They include:

• Supabase — database, authentication, and backend infrastructure;
• Vercel — application hosting and content delivery;
• Razorpay — payment processing;
• OpenAI — generation of review-related text and content suggestions. When a customer uses the review assistant, the highlight tags and any optional note they provide are transmitted to OpenAI to generate review wording. This processing is transient: these inputs are not used to train models and the notes are not permanently stored by Bizvo;
• Google — review submission, business data, and optional Google Business Profile integration.

Your use of features that depend on these providers may also be subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We encourage you to review them.

The Service is intended for businesses and individuals who are at least 18 years of age. The Service is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we can take appropriate action to delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, legal requirements, or the Service. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Policy.
