When you connect your Google Business Profile, Bizvo securely syncs the reviews for your location and turns them into clear analytics — so you can track your rating, spot trends, and see which reviews still need a reply. The OAuth flow
How connecting works
Connecting uses Google’s standard OAuth flow. You authorize Bizvo on Google’s own screens — Bizvo never receives or stores your Google password.
Grant access on Google’s consent screen
Google shows you exactly what Bizvo is asking for and who is requesting it. You explicitly approve the connection, or cancel it, on Google’s side.
Choose which location to sync
If your Google account manages more than one Business Profile location, you pick the single location you want Bizvo to work with. Bizvo only ever reads data for the location you select.
Bizvo keeps your reviews in sync
From then on, Bizvo automatically syncs the reviews for that location on a regular schedule so your analytics stay current — with a full reconciliation each day to catch edits and removals.

What Bizvo accesses, and why
Bizvo asks for the minimum access it needs to sync your reviews and build your analytics — nothing more.
The reviews and rating data for your chosen location
Bizvo reads your Business Profile accounts and locations so you can pick the right one, then reads the reviews, ratings, and existing review replies for that single location to keep your dashboard in sync.
Why the business.manage permission is required
Google’s Business Profile APIs only expose a business’s own reviews through the business.manage permission — there is no narrower, review-only scope available. Bizvo requests it solely to read the reviews and ratings for the location you connect, so it can keep your dashboard in sync.
What Bizvo does not access
Bizvo does not access your Gmail, Google Drive, Contacts, Calendar, or Google Ads, and it does not read data for locations you did not select. The connection is read-only: Bizvo does not modify, publish, or delete anything on your Business Profile unless a future feature is added that you explicitly authorize.

Your data, your control
Secure by design, revocable anytime
Encrypted at rest
The access and refresh tokens Google issues are encrypted before they are stored, and are used only server-side to perform the sync you authorized.
Disconnect whenever you want
You can disconnect your Google account from your dashboard at any time. When you do, Bizvo stops syncing and revokes the tokens it held. You can also revoke access directly from your Google account settings.
Used only to serve you
Data Bizvo receives from Google is used only to provide the review-sync and analytics features to your business. It is never sold, never used for advertising, and never used to train AI models.
Deletion on request
You can request deletion of the review data associated with your account at any time by contacting support@bizvo.co.in.
